Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the residential and commercial projects in the property development industry.
- Creative selling skills in properties with strong closing technique are preferred.
- Aggressive and positive working attitude, able to work on weekends.
- Prime projects location in Bandar Kinrara, Ampang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, USJ, Bukit Serdang, and more upcoming projects in Klang Valley.
Tanggungjawab
- To formulate, implement and review all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure company sales goals and profitability.
- Conduct feasibility studies, research on market trends and customers’ needs.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing for approval.
- Planning and forecasting sales target.
- action plan for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Lead sales team to implement action plan effectively.
- Maintain accurate record of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Recruits sales executive based on criteria agreed upon by management.
