Kelayakan
- At least 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce.
- Diploma or higher in Mass Communication/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing, is a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including third-party marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company's e-commerce and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales orders and process return orders if necessary.
- Work closely with logistics / warehouse team on orders delivery and stocks inventory.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
