Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Art/Design/Graphic Design.
- Min 2-year experience as graphic/creative designer, fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication in written and spoken English, BM & Mandarin.
- Hands-on experience of Adobe Photoshop, Animation, GIF, Video Editing, and other graphic design software is added advantage.
- Please submit your portfoliowith a resume with clear information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, dynamic, versatile, creativity, think of out of box, matured and able to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
- Create creative content, website mock-up, and moving GIFs (graphics interchange format).
- Able to collaborate with the Copywriter and Creative Director to provide creative solutions
- Develop artwork and relevant marketing collaterals, including posters, banners, digital marketing artwork, e-commerce advertisements, website content, and social media publications.
- Design elevated and effective brand experiences that enhance the brand and the overall customer experience.
- Creative works would be applied to social media feeds (various platforms), digital advertisements, marketing materials, and web graphics.
- Present work to the management team.
- Maintain and update content templates to ensure accurate and efficient design production.
- Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
- The candidate is also expected to carry out market research and analysis on exciting and trendy content on all social media platforms.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue through various online channels and marketplaces, with the goal of meeting monthly sales targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store and social media accounts, including product listings, pricing changes, and visual campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all online platforms, consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Optimize e-commerce performance by managing sales, availability, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
