Kelayakan
- Able to communicate with customer services and customers regarding the delivery or collection information and status.
- Able to Attend any ad-hoc task assigned by the operation head.
Tanggungjawab
- To assist in planning daily arrangements for delivery and collection schedule of drivers according to customer requirement.
- To assist in planning and booking in Port Klang Net System for drivers.
- To assist and monitor driver movement from time to time for smooth arrangement.
- Updating the details of delivery and collection in System.
- Updating the collection list of details and remarks for driver arrangement.
- Checking and updating the driver works ticket daily for each container and trip.
- Checking on the booking closing for export shipment and monitoring the last day of import shipment.
