Tanggungjawab
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients or partners.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Staying updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Participating in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products or services and expand the company's reach.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in RM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
