Kelayakan
- Required at least a qualification of SPM or above
- Proficient in Mandarin and English is a must
- Have no issue to be based in office located at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Able to join on the following date: 24 April 2024
- Willing to work on 5 days with 2 days rotational off day basis (including weekend & Public Holiday)
- Able to commit working on 9 hours shift basis between 7.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) and 8am to 5pm (Sat & Sun)
- Able to multitask on a regular basis
- Able to handle customer’s and solve their enquiries in a professional manner.
Tanggungjawab
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Listen and solve customer's enquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Perform any administrative tasks requires by supervisor
- Able to transfer incoming calls relating to the relevant department correctly
- Ensure all SLA are being met appropriately
- Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers at a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manfaat
- Salary: RM 3800 Basic + up to RM 200 KPI allowance + OT allowance
- EPF + SOCSO, 12 days Annual Leaves and 14 days Medical Leaves
