Kelayakan
- Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an additional advantage
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours’ rotational shift with 5 working days (9.5 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Ara Damansara, PJ or Nusajaya, JB
- Able to join on the following dates: 27 March 2024
Tanggungjawab
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer’s with professional manner to maintain customer’s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
- Salary Package: RM3000 + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance + up to RM300 Shift allowance + OT Min RM10/ hours
- RM5,000 JOINING BONUS is AVAILABLE!
- Flight Ticket and Accommodation are provided by the company.
