Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Passionate in sales, marketing and product knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years in doing sales/marketing in automotive related product or services or any sales product related experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin or any third language will be an added advantage.
- Presentable and jovial personality.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as upselling additional services or
- expanding into new markets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional
- (Package) campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.
- To engage potential customer thru social media or others platform.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collected, monitored, and evaluated customer requirements to achieve desired delivery time and order fill rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address any service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Monitor quality control standards to uphold the shop's reputation for delivering high-quality automotive detailing services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the detailing shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
- Carry out any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
