Kelayakan
- At least 1 year of experience or fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Certification/Diploma in Marketing/Business/Media/Advertising or related fields will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Avid social media user: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.
- Skills in Email Marketing/Facebook Ads Manager/Google Ads SEO will be an advantage.
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe software.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences.
- Develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, advertisements, and social media.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's brand by ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to enhance the organization's public image.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Foster engagement with the target audience through various channels, responding to inquiries and feedback.
- Identify and segment target markets based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.
