Operational Leadership

• Ensure the smooth end-to-end operations within the store to deliver excellent customer experience within the store.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the store. This includes creating tactical strategies to enable the store to attract new customers, expand store traffic of improve profitability.
• Ensure store compliance with the health and safety regulations as well as internal standards and SOPs.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits to provide feedback to the HQ team to enhance product range and services.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and respond to complaints in a professional manner.

• Responsible for the engagement and motivation of all employees within the store
• Drive growth and progression for employees within the store through feedback, talent identification and training
• Setting example of what good looks like for the rest of the employees to follow
