It will encourage the team they lead to work more efficiently with various techniques like praise, a friendly work environment, or financial incentives.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Persuade clients to purchase products and services.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Gather feedback from customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and sales strategies.
- Draft sales reports and submit them to superiors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
