The Sales Manager role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote company’s product or services, and executing sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and grow the company's revenue. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of sales & marketing principles and processes locally and overseas.

Qualifications:

• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sales prospecting and lead generation techniques
• Experience with sales education products to kindergarten and school.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a car, willing to travel as and when required
• Willing to travel out of town to close sales and customer support.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Trilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin).
