We are looking for Marketing Executive to provide support for marketing teams and campaigns. While some of your work is administrative, you will be also be involved in creative tasks such as writing marketing copy, managing social media accounts (including creating images and videos) and coordinating events.

You will be working closely with colleagues in other teams such as designers, site supervisors and sales. You will be collaborate with the teams to produce relevant contents.

Your duties are, but not limited to:

• Photos taking and videos shootings of on-going and closed projects.
• Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics
• Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Writing marketing and website text
• Organizing presentations and events
• Assisting with promotional activities
• Liaising with customers/external agenciesyour working hours are likely to be regular (eg 9.30am–6.00pm) but you may need to work late when deadlines are approaching or if you need to attend events outside working hours.
