- Previous experience in sales operations or a similar role is a plus.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.
- Own transport required.
Tanggungjawab
- Submit daily itinerary and discuss market information or sales strategies with superiors to promote optimal performance.
- There will be group meeting every week to discuss performance matters and take practical actions to achieve personal and company goals.
- Plan to improve personal performance by continuously visiting customers and negotiating with them, promoting and recommending products.
- Management of uncollected accounts receivable.
- Provided value-added service to new customers. prospect new customers or outlets to increase market channel and share. Maintain professional attitude and lasting business relationship with all customers.
- Prepare specific outlet visit schedule, performance report and business forecast based on specific template.
- Negotiate, promote and recommend all parts to increase individual customer sales volume.
- Identify and promote correct parts and all products to customer. Follow up on back-ordered parts. Communicate with customers and follow up closely to meet all deadlines and deliveries in professional manner.
- Do not find customer for your product, instead find product for customers. Plan, forecast and achieve all operational plan and business targets assigned by company.
