Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, communication, or information technology.
- 2-3 years in supervisor/managerial level
- Able to lead the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words/Excel.
- Possess a knowledge or experience in the specific industry or niche of the business, such as e-commerce will be added advantage
- Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.

- To Manage On Time Delivery, Fulfilment Quantity By Order And Manage Customer Voice
- To Ensure Any Refund/ Removed Credit To Customer In Case Any Payment Gateway Issue, Oos, Quality And Quantity Discrepancy Take Place
- To Ensure Compliance On All The Operation Process Of Picking, Delivery, Customer Voice, Refund, Accuracy And Quality Of Each Order
