Kelayakan
- At least 2 years of experience in branch management of operations in Express or other related businesses.
- Good computer skills at Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Able to speak, read and write MANDARIN will be an advantage
- Have leadership skills and managing the team professionally
- Can communicate Negotiation And able to coordinate with other agencies.
- Have a strategic thinking to work proactively, improve, develop and create results regularly
Tanggungjawab
- Analyze and oversee the implementation of policies, strategies, and objectives provided by supervisors, ensuring seamless transmission to the branch administrator for effective realization of targets in alignment with business growth directives.
- Provide supervision and support to branches, facilitating their development and growth while cultivating customer acceptance and engagement within the communities of each region.
- Collaborate closely with Area Managers to uphold efficient operating and service standards, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's goals.
- Tasked with compiling performance reports and addressing various issues within the designated area, collaborating with relevant departments and supervisors to analyze data. This collaborative effort aims to drive development, enhancement, and attainment of both operational department goals and company policies.
- Undertake assigned tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor, ensuring timely and proficient execution to contribute to the overall objectives of the team and organization.
