Kelayakan
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Administration, Marketing or its equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Ability to build clear and concise presentation decks.
- Independent and self-driven personality.
- Willing to travel with and on behalf of director when necessary.
Tanggungjawab
- To effectively organize the Director's diary, schedule, and appointments.
- To ensure the Director is fully briefed and prepared for any engagements she is involved in.
- To draft correspondence on behalf of the Director, including general replies.
- To attend training sessions, meetings, press conferences, and minute the meetings as required.
- To coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, and in-house events.
- To manage general office administration tasks.
- To craft compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- To oversee social media accounts, including scheduling posts, copywriting, monitoring comments, reviews, and messages, and engaging with followers to foster a community around the brand.
- To analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better results.
- To stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive in the digital landscape.
- To develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- To create visual assets for social media posts and advertisements.
- To manage marketing point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
