Kelayakan
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand and marketing strategy, including digital marketing, interactive web-based programs, and finance market research.
- Possesses comprehensive branding and marketing – especially digital marketing skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
- Strong consumer focus, with demonstrable insight into market needs, both now and in the future, ensuring that the business is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Good to have interest in the investment/capital market.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is required for this role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans (digital and offline), engagement, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Implement lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategies and initiatives to drive digital acquisition and usage.
- Collaborate with sisters companies/partner to deliver initiatives to support annual targets.
- Ensure all customer communications are up-to-date e.g. website information, FAQs, T&Cs etc.
- Source and manage agency, media, and vendor networks.
- Formulate and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive digital acquisitions
- Optimize creative, messaging, and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to KPI’s
- Oversee quality assurance in ad copies, landing pages, and sitelinks pre and post-launch
- Ensure that all public content is filtered to ensure relevance, adhering strictly to the standards set by the CEO's IP. Maintain an organized schedule to ensure alignment and timeliness across all tasks.
