Kelayakan
- At least Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience 3 years in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse procedures.
- Familiarity with Autocount systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers.
- Forklift certification and experience (preferred).
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Liaise with transportation companies to schedule and track deliveries.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments, inventory, or orders.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving performance.
