As we expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in the setup phase of our residential units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field are added point
• Previous experience in project management or operations role, preferably in the construction or property management industry.
• Can speak in Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have own transport for commuting to various project sites.
