Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Marketing or related fields
- Fresh Graduates are strongly welcomed.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin (Optionally Bahasa Malaysia)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure and implement the tasks that provided by the Company business development department
- Communicating and collaborating with the internal teams: Talent Acquisition, Brand, Production, Department and any other related departments to ensure the campaigns run smoothly and clients' needs are met.
- Manage and optimize operation budgets effectively.
- Ensure client follows the Standard Operating Procedure and managing the client contracts.
- Assist in the development and execution of company marketing campaigns.
- Talent On-Boarding and Off-Boarding process following and tracking.
- Handling administrative matters that related to daily operations and business development.
- Proactively detect and provide solutions when working with the teams.
