Kelayakan
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for position.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to multi-tasking and good time management skill.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in groups.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Well versed in computerized accounting systems; having experience in Excel & SQL Accounting system will have an added advantage.
- Preferably candidates who able to join us immediately or within short notice.
Tanggungjawab
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Basic financial analysis, including trend analysis of income and expenses, and ratio calculations
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of finance or account procedures.
- Participates in the annual budgeting process, monitors and analyzes variances between actual performance and budget, and provides recommendations.
- Ensures compliance with the company's internal control policies and procedures, and establishes and improves processes for efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance cash flow forecasting and management to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
