Kelayakan
- Possess at least SPM qualification
- Knowledge in UBS Accounting System will be an advantage
- With or without working experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Working hours: 9.00A.M. till 6.00P.M. (Monday to Friday)
Tanggungjawab
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing files.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll, including calculating employee hours, deductions, and taxes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and other inventory as needed.
- Data Entry: Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems accurately and efficiently.
