We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an SME Relationship Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, managing, and nurturing relationships with Business Associates and Affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new Business Associates and Affiliates by utilizing various lead generation techniques
• Conduct phone and email outreach to potential candidates to introduce our company and business opportunities
• Host regular online and in-person events to engage, train and motivate Business Associates and Affiliates
• Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to Business Associates and Affiliates to ensure their success
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our RM system
