Kelayakan
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to ensure the company's financial practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations for financial performance.;
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax preparation and audits.
- Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits.
- Address audit findings and implement recommendations for process improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
