- Prior experience in administrative support or HR roles is highly desirable. Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of handling administrative tasks effectively.
- Experience with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and managing emails.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination of office supplies.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees when necessary.
- Implement and monitor security and safety measures in the office.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and communicate company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance appraisal processes and assist in managing employee performance issues.
