Kelayakan
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse, or manufacturing setting, is preferred.
- Experience with inventory control systems, stock management, and record-keeping procedures is advantageous.
- Attention to detail is crucial for conducting accurate inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the quality and condition of stored items.
- The role may involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy or bulky items, so physical stamina and strength are often required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is beneficial for using inventory management software, entering data, and generating reports.
Tanggungjawab
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Organize and store items in designated locations, maintaining proper stock rotation and ensuring easy accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate requisition orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, or damage.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including item descriptions, quantities, and dates.
- Update inventory databases or software systems with real-time information on stock levels, movements, and transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Communicate effectively with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and priorities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations governing the handling and storage of inventory.
