Graphic Designer

• Create content, design, graphic & animated effect clips (simple GIFs) for company products and a wide variety of print, social medias and ecommerce platform
• Design, product and marketing materials that complies to the company’s brand positioning and guidelines.
• Prepare draft of material based on agreed briefs
• Collaborate with operation and sales team to prepare & produce flyer/poster, brochures, and 3D mockup for marketing visuals to ensure company’s marketing effort communicated effectively to customers.
• Manage multiple projects with design specifications and ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Incorporate social media posting, stories in social media platforms and good interaction with online community.
• Liasing with suppliers and handling of print-related subjects with cost effectively
• Update our websites as when is needed

Customer Service

• Assist customer requests and inquiries regarding services and other general information.
• Maintain knowledge of current events, activities, and hours of operation of the Heritage Gallery.
• Communicate with customers by face to face, telephone, or electronic channels, to furnish information regarding prices, schedule, and availability of services at the shop
• Maintain the cleanliness overall building
• Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
