- Degree and diploma holders without experience are welcome to apply!!!
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1) and English (Native Japanese speakers preferred).
- Excellent soft skills with a pleasant and approachable personality.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days, including weekends and public holidays.
- Normal working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 9 hours per shift.
- Strong coordination skills and proficiency in written correspondence, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Available to start work in 15th April
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Offer timely assistance to customers through emails and live chats, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features and functionalities effectively.
- Address customer concerns positively and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.
- Demonstrate professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset, ensuring an exemplary customer experience with every interaction.
- Stay updated with job knowledge by participating in upskill training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience
