Kelayakan
- At least advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in equivalent
- At least more than 3 years of relevant work experience, Computer-related professional work experience is preferred;
- Be proficient in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment, have certain network troubleshooting capabilities, be familiar with TCP/IP protocols, and have certain security awareness and prevention awareness.
- Proficient in domain control functions: security policies, host intrusion prevention, whitelists, audit logs, etc. and familiar with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills with team work spirit and able to coordinate/ cooperate with other department.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, and be able to bear a certain amount of work pressure.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of the company's network equipment, including the configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of network equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, discover and resolve network faults in a timely manner, and ensure high availability and stability of the network.
- Responsible for the backup and recovery of network equipment to ensure data integrity and security.
- Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to perform network-related work, such as IT support, system maintenance, etc.
- Participate in performance testing of network equipment and provide constructive comments and suggestions.
- Responsible for the statistics and inventory of computer assets.
- Responsible for handling problems with computers and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, projectors, conference calls, etc.)
- Responsible for server deployment and client management and maintenance in AD domain control environment
- Responsible for writing and updating network documents, including network topology diagrams, configuration files, operation manuals, etc.
