Kelayakan
- Good written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Mandarin
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree Graduate in LCCI, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in related field.
- Advantage if have working experience
- Familiarity with any accounting system is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Willing to learn, fast adapting to new environment and organized person
- Able to work independently and be responsible to own works
Tanggungjawab
- Handling Full Set Account (AR/AP)
- Handling day to day accounts activity.
- Ensure every transaction is recorded according to the company accounting policy.
- Ensure all accounting entries are complete, correctly coded and accurate when entered into the accounting system.
- Ensure all supplier invoices and employee expense claims are accurately accorded for and are supported by relevant documents and appropriate.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Advantage if experienced in SQL system
