Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design styles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
- MUST be able to speak in Chinese.
Tanggungjawab
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual solutions.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to branding assets, advertising campaigns, print collateral, digital media, and website graphics.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the development of their design skills and helping them achieve project objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into our creative process.
