As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will utilize your expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of the crypto industry, web3 would be a strong plus.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
