As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dealer Sales Executive to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Age of 20 and maximum age of 25.
- Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
- At least 1 year of dealer sales experience in the electrical, household, furniture, or home appliances industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors in the water purification and filtration industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
- Conduct regular visits to dealer outlets to provide product training, support, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively represent the company's products and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote company offerings.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
