Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Tanggungjawab

  • Recruitment
  • To be in-charge of the full recruitment cycle for Operations & Training starting from hiring advertisement, resume screening, interviews, on-boarding and resignation.
  • To prepare job advertisements, online posting and other material in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards/business needs
  • Ensure hiring posting credit is always at sufficient level and initiate purchase when necessary (Jobstreet & Maukerja)
  • Responsible to ensure smooth on-boarding orientation for new comers (RMT)
  • To brainstorm more new advertising ideas and to control on advertising cost
  • To pre-screen, shortlist and conduct interview to source for suitable candidate to fulfill the business needs and conduct reference checking for those shortlisted as hired
  • Responsible to track staff confirmation of new hires (OPS)
  • Responsible in store level hiring eg: organizing recruitment drives in Klang Valley & outstation to RMT hiring and to work closely with Operations & Training team on hiring planning
  • To coordinate events with universities/colleges in relation to targeted hires
  • To plan and implement on better recruiting strategies/channels for Operations
  • Take in charge of hiring branding/image by liaising with Marketing on all hiring tools layout etc
  • Responsible to review new design of hiring tools (flyer, poster, bunting) from time to time and ensure these tools are completed and fully equipped in stores
  • To conduct regular follow-up with hiring manager, Operations & Training to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • To constantly update and improve the company recruiting page/portal (Jobstreet, Maukerja, Jobs Malaysia JTK)
  • Responsible to upkeep recruitment monthly report; RMT Training Progress, New Hire (OPS) and People Listing
  • Liaise closely with academy trainers for training date and responsible to close hiring gap
  • Management of HRDF funds eg; claiming, applying for training grant etc
  • Administrative
  • Responsible to ensure sufficient stock level of uniform (Manager and Crew Member)
  • Prepare letter for HQ & Operation staff (Transfer, Posting, Promotion, Confirmation, Consent, Marital Status)
  • Proper filing relevant document as required (Current & New Management Trainee)
  • Preparation of:
  • Access Card
  • Medical Card (Klinik Mediviron)
  • Business Card request (new printing and re-printing)
  • New stationaries for new staff
  • Manager Card (Outlet Managers)
  • To perform on any ad-hoc matter as assigned
