Vacancy Title: Sale Admin
1. Need to handle walk in customers at the Sale Gallery (rotation)
2. Need to handle call listing customers
3. Receiving and processing purchase orders
4. Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details
5. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
6. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
7. Compiling monthly sales reports
8. Expediting orders through internal liaison
9. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
10. Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
11. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
12. Basic + Commission (according to terms and conditions)
2.Age below 35 years old
3.Can speak in both Malay and English.
4.An Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
5.Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
6.Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8.Can handle multitasking work.
9.Have own transportation.
10.Able to rotate duty/cross sell.
11.Able to travel to our office in Kulim for interview and training.
