  • Answering and vetting incoming calls and extensions in a god manner and timely. 
  • Properly greet the clients and visitor. 
  • Answer callers’ inquiries and direct them to appropriate employees or/ and the accurate messages to personnel within the company. 
  • To monitor and arrange for courier and reverse collection. 
  • Perform office administration roles and duties.
