• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent.

• 2-5 years of work experience in hands-on service desk/hardware support and IT Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows / Mac OS operating systems, printer and device drivers, wireless, LAN connections, Windows server, networking and project management. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• Good analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and/or Mandarin/Cantonese

• Proactive and fast learner. Passion about new concepts & technologies.

• Strong analytical mind and willing to accept new challenges.

• Performance metrics and project reporting experience

• Keen sense of ownership, drive, and determination

• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Responsible for project implementation, technical support issue, testing & commissioning, site survey, trouble-shoot on Project IT/Software/Electronic based products.

• Monitor and coordinate progress of work, project timeline planning and project resources management. Provide timely and accurate external and internal project/professional reports.

• Liaise with customer, main contractor, sub-contractor, end-user or dealers for co-operation and successful of project.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical / operation issues independently. Monitor and record the progress of site activities.

• To provide IT Technical Support & Consultancy to external and internal users, remotely or on-site. Perform technical troubleshooting to issues reported by customers
