• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin

（Main）Livestream Hosting:

• Host nightly livestream sessions on Shopee, showcasing products effectively to drive sales and audience engagement.
• Maintain a lively and interactive atmosphere by engaging with viewers, answering questions, and promoting products in a persuasive manner.
• Monitor and adapt to audience feedback during livestreams to improve session quality.

  （Main）Customer Service & Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries during and after livestreams.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

    （Sub）Content Creation:

    • Create high-quality promotional videos, photos, and engaging captions for social media and e-commerce platforms.
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

      （Sub）Administrative & Ad Hoc Support:

      • Assist in managing marketing schedules, team coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
      • Participate in offline events and represent the brand at promotional activities.
      • Execute adhoc tasks when required by the company
