Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5 years experiences as Human Resources Generalist or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft office, mainly on Word, Power Point and Excel especially.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Preferred those with high sense of "Confidentiality" and able to keep all sensitive information from leaking out.
  • Candidate must have a strong knowledge in Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Candidate must have a great communication and PR skills to be able to deal with anyone at any levels.
  • Ability to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual.
  • [Junior HR executive is welcome too – RM2,800 to RM3,900]

 

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, employee welfare and benefits, compensation and disciplines issues.
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
  • Handle the recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinating interview, on-boarding and exit management.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and administrative duties.
  • Assist in developing, executing and implementing of the company policies and procedures, ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Assist with employee relation and build strong relationships with employees
  • To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
  • Manage internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with hiring manager.
  • Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
  • Giving operation support to business operation and sales team department.
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time. Takes minutes on related meetings.
  • To review current HR process and propose new improvement initiative to improve the overall HR process.
  • Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows
  • Coordinate training programs including administering post training evaluation and update training records
  • Maintaining employee files and HR filling system.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal
  • Preparing job posting for vacancies and scheduling interviews for job applicants.
  • Responsible to monitoring general building repair & maintenance, office equipment & etc and ensure all facilities are in good order.
  • Carry out administrative duties and to perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required.
