Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Administers programmes, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the Company.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Assists with the tracking of departmental and company measurements that support the accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals;
Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of HR departments as and when required by the management;
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
Maintains the HRIS database and generates scheduled or requested reports to assist Human Resources Manager;
Updates employee phone directory and company organisation chart. Maintains a database of employee contact information.
Periodically audits the database to ensure accuracy.
Assists in the development and updating of the HR section of the website.
Assist Human Resource Manager to process enrolments, changes and termination of employees in all benefit plans and programmes
Assist Human Resources Manager to reconcile monthly claims against payroll deductions;
Assist employees with any benefit claims issues or concerns.
Assist Human Resources Manager to schedule participants in training sessions;
Tracks participants and training records;
Enters training records into a database and maintains IT.
Advertises employee job openings and manages the logistics of the recruiting process upon receipt of classified ads prepared by the Human Resource Manager;
Schedule interviews for the hiring manager;
Make sure that the work station, computer and other equipment, Company email and appropriate installed original software are ready for the new employees start day;
Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file.
Assists in the development and implementation of the Company Employee Handbook and new personnel policies and procedures from time to time.
Participates on various committees to provide Human Resources support and to monitor activities and completion of goals;
Participates in planning and implementing various employee relations and employee satisfaction initiatives.
Responsible in payroll.
Annual Leave, Medical And Hospitalisation Leave, Compassionate Leave, Maternity Leave.
