Sepenuh Masa Machinist (Cnc 3 Axis / Wire Cut) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Penang Automation Cluster Sdn Bhd Simpang Ampat - Maukerja

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Possess some knowledge in CNC machining, EDM, Wire Cut, Grinding or Milling are added advantage.

2–3 years mechanical assembly experience may be required.

School leaver or fresh graduate in manufacturing & engineering field is also accepted.

To prepare and operate manual & semi-auto machines e.g. milling & grinding machines and CNC machines e.g. CNC multi-axis, Wire Cut & EDM machines.

To set up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

To perform manual tapping and buffing of parts if required.

To understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading work instruction, engineering drawings, etc.

To prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

To monitor the machines while works in progress and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

To inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements using proper inspection tools to determine if the process has been completed properly.

To check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

To maintain proper housekeeping at all times in workstations.

To carry out inspection and packing of products assigned by Supervisor.

To highlight to Supervisor when suspected defective parts are being produced.

To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
