Minimum Degree.
Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / Banking / Fintech is a plus
Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented
Comfortable with shift work / onsite work
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails from Mandarin & English-speaking customers
Assist customers with account enquiries, transaction issues, and general support
Provide clear, accurate, and professional customer service
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Follow SOPs to ensure service quality and compliance
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
