Tanggungjawab
The Core Objectives:
1. Provide support and assistance to end-users with any Salesforce CRM inquiries or issues.
2. Support the Regional CRM Manager on Salesforce CRM related project activities.
3. To support and be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Salesforce CRM program
4. Work closely with Company Technical Solutions team on Salesforce CRM issue resolution or change request tickets.
5. Be a Salesforce CRM expert to our users
6. Extract and analyze Salesforce reports to aid decision-making processes.
7. Collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations aligned with business
