• Experience:At least1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Hospitality, or Solution-Selling industries.

• Languages:Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to support our diverse client base).

• Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently and is willing to take on new challenges to drive company success.

• Lead Conversion: Proactively convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term business partners through professional phone consultations and WhatsApp engagement.

• Account Growth: Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Solution Selling: Collaborate with our product teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that solve specific client pain points.

• Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including:

  • Achieving 150+ connected calls per week.

  • Maintaining a minimum of 1 hour of quality talk time daily.
