Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field

  • Basic knowledge of AP, AR & payment reconciliation

  • Familiar with accounting system & Microsoft Excel

  • Able to handle month-end closing

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

  • Must be able to work onsite

Tanggungjawab

  • Preparation / checking of vendors’ payments, staff claims & petty cash reimbursements

  • Verify and reconcile payments from customers against sales records.

  • Update customer payments in system

  • Update vendor invoice & payments against purchase records in system

  • ⁠Update expenses claim in system / excel

  • Prepare and maintain all accounting records in orderly and timely manners.

  • Ensuring timely closing month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Other tasks allocated by supervisor / management from time to time
