Kelayakan
Minimum 2 years accounting experience
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
Basic knowledge of AP, AR & payment reconciliation
Familiar with accounting system & Microsoft Excel
Able to handle month-end closing
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Must be able to work onsite
Tanggungjawab
Preparation / checking of vendors’ payments, staff claims & petty cash reimbursements
Verify and reconcile payments from customers against sales records.
Update customer payments in system
Update vendor invoice & payments against purchase records in system
Update expenses claim in system / excel
Prepare and maintain all accounting records in orderly and timely manners.
Ensuring timely closing month-end and year-end closing processes
Other tasks allocated by supervisor / management from time to time
