Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • 2+ years sales engineer or technical sales experience — preferably in LED displays, large-format screens, AV systems or related electronics.

  • Strong technical understanding of LED matrix, pixel pitch, controllers, signal distribution, power and mounting structures.

  • Demonstrated track record meeting sales targets and handling end-to-end projects.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English; Bahasa Thailand language proficiency required; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

  • Ability to perform site surveys, read basic electrical/structural drawings and specify system components.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling (events/installations).

  • Valid passport and willingness to travel between Thailand and Malaysia; driving license preferred.

  • Desired attributes

  • Client-focused, proactive, able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Organized, self-driven, team-player with problem-solving mindset.

Tanggungjawab

  • Develop new business and manage existing customers in events, retail, F&B, advertising, corporate, government and AV integrator channels.

  • Conduct technical needs analysis, site surveys and feasibility assessments.

  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, system designs and ROI/cost comparisons.

  • Present product demos, run trial installs and lead customer acceptance testing.

  • Coordinate with engineering/project teams for installations, logistics and commissioning.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and meet revenue targets.

  • Manage rental schedules, inventory allocation and after-sales service coordination.

  • Maintain CRM entries, sales forecasts and regular reporting to management.

  • Travel ~50% (Bangkok ↔ KL) for client meetings, installations and trade shows.
