Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (BPO experience preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Malay (additional languages are an advantage)
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections professionally
Tanggungjawab
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities
Provide accurate product information on smart devices, features, pricing, and promotions
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs using a consultative sales approach
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products, accessories, and service plans
Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and post-purchase support
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers on product usage
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and quality metrics
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings
