Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written); able to communicate in English & Mandarin
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO industry is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Tanggungjawab
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or live chats in Cantonese & Mandarin & English.
Provide accurate information and support based on client guidelines and SOPs
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure high-quality customer experience while meeting service standards
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate departments
Achieve KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
