Kelayakan

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bridal, fashion retail, or high-touch sales environment
  • Proven sales track record (experience with targets & commissions preferred)
  • Strong consultation and closing skills
  • Passion for fashion, weddings, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, confident, and able to handle demanding clients
  • Leadership qualities with ability to mentor and guide team members
  • Well-groomed with a strong sense of style and presentation
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays (peak wedding periods)

Tanggungjawab

  • Lead High-Value Consultations
    Manage and convert bridal appointments with a consultative approach, understanding each bride’s vision and guiding her to the perfect gown and package.
  • Advanced Bridal Styling Expertise
    Provide professional styling advice based on body shape, trends, and wedding themes, elevating the overall customer experience.
  • Drive Sales & Achieve Targets
    Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strong closing skills and strategic upselling.
  • Mentor & Support Junior Team Members
    Guide and train junior consultants on sales techniques, customer handling, and styling knowledge to uplift team performance.
  • Client Relationship Management
    Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent follow-up, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
  • Handle Complex Cases
    Manage high-expectation clients, special requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate Across Teams
    Work closely with stylists, alterations, makeup artists, and operations to ensure smooth execution of each bride’s journey.
  • Maintain Brand Standards
    Uphold the boutique’s image through impeccable grooming, service standards, and store presentation.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends
    Keep updated on bridal fashion, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
